Mike takes his time with every car, charges a reasonable rate, and stands behind his work. I've been using Hunt Valley Autoworks for about a year now, with three different cars. I've had minor body repairs and routine maintenance done, and I've also brought in a car with major problems (most of which I didn't know about) and had them recommend that I get rid of it, rather than string me along for expensive repairs. They have always been friendly, patient, and apparently honest, and they give me rides to and from work on my schedule. I haven't yet suffered sticker shock on a bill.

I am certainly not a car guy. I had taken my fiancee's car to a shop in the city, told them that I heard something in the steering and was told that I needed a new steering rack on her Pontiac for the grand total of $1200. I called around and got in touch with Hunt Valley who, when asked over the phone gave me a much better price. I took her car in, and here's the great part, it turned out the car only needed a new belt, AND THEY TOLD US! This shop could have taken us for a ton of money that we didn't have, and they were completely honest with us. I always recommend them to everyone.
